ONE / CHOOSE A COLLECTION

Select your Christmas card design and any additional items you may need. Each piece will be customized with your information.

Minor text changes may be made however, design elements are fixed. Excessive wording may affect the overall look and feel of our designs and we retain the right to limit your word count. Looking for something custom? Please contact us.

Choose your design and click “add to cart”. Complete the questionnaire. Upload your photos and select the back design for your Christmas card. The back design will be customized for you and will complement the front design of your card with coordinating fonts and graphics, depending on the layout of each design.

TWO / PROOFS AND REVISIONS

You will receive a digital proof within 2-5 business days. Please be sure to carefully complete the questionnaire form at checkout to ensure you receive an accurate proof. Two rounds of revision are included after the delivery of the initial digital proof. A $25 fee will be charged for each additional proof. Revisions and/or delays in feedback or approval may affect production time and possibly delay your order.

THREE / PRODUCTION

Once your digital proof has been approved, production begins and no further changes can be made. We will update you on the status of your cards as updates progress.

FOUR / SHIPPING

Purchases are shipped via FedEx or USPS Ground shipping with standard delivery times within 3 to 10 business days.

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the end weight of your order. We will notify you and send an invoice prior to shipping. All FedEx packages include a shipment tracking number. Once your items have shipped we are not responsible and may not be held liable for any damages, losses, or any delays due to shipping.

Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
